STATION ACCESS

start this financial year)
- Funding for West London Station Access Coordinator
- Development for Step 1 and Step 2 schemes for several stations

WALKING
- Grand Union Canal Towpath Upgrade
The Grand Union Canal is becoming an increasingly popular route
for walkers, cyclists, joggers and anglers. Improvements have recently
been made to the towpaths along several sections of the canal in
West London. This work will supplement improvements that have already
been made to improve the accessibility, safety and attractiveness
of the canal towpath.
- Northwick Park to Carlyon Road Walking Links
The Borough of Brent has a number of good quality
green spaces and streets that could make for good walking routes.
The objective of the scheme is to link the green spaces and town
centres in Brent, and thereby provide an attractive, functional
and accessible walking route.
CYCLING
- Thames Path - Cycling Code of Conduct
This scheme will apply the principles contained
in the British Waterways Towpath Code of Conduct for sections
of the Thames Path in Hammersmith & Fulham.

REGENERATION
Funding contribution for continuation of high quality street improvement
works to regenerate Wood Lane between South Africa Road and Du

ENVIRONMENT
- Electric Vehicle Charging Points
Research is being undertaken to evaluate the feasibility of operating
a multi-supplier EVCP system in London. The charging points currently
installed in London have been produced by the same company. Following
on from this research good practice guidance is being developed
to provide a step-by-step guide to officers who are considering
implementing EVCPs within their local authority, either on-street
or off-street in public car parks. Specifically, the guide aims
to simplify and make more accessible the process of EVCP provision.
- Traffic and Enhanced Emissions Model (TEEM).
Undertake Phase 3 & 4 of TEEM - to develop an emissions impact
assessment tool and provide GIS functionality. More details
