Demand-responsive bus service
WestTrans has, in the past, assessed priority routes for bus improvements along the subregion's strategic transport corridors. We are now working on options to access other parts of the subregion where a demand-responsive service can contribute to growth and increase the accessibility of the transport network more generally.
This demand-responsive service could complement and enhance current assisted transport provision. It could also provide public transport access for the Park Royal area, which is not currently served by any bus routes.
